TFA Academy
The TFA Academy is a cornerstone of the company’s growth and innovation. The training is designed to give our technicians the skills they need to meet the daily challenges of the market, with particular attention to the quality our customers expect.
Training is built on real cases: the programme combines in-house lessons, where theoretical knowledge is consolidated, with hands-on work at our main partners, so as to keep our service in line with the company’s standards of excellence.
For TFA, investing in continuous training is a commitment to progress and to the constant improvement of the people who make up the company.

Sustainability
"We are committed to innovating through technology to automate and make the modern factory smarter, more efficient and environmentally friendly."
We want to give a strong focus on a more sustainable and cleaner world: TFA has taken on a crucial role in addressing this challenge by fully embracing this common issue. TFA integrates energy-efficient robots, i.e. equipped with energy recovery systems (named “KERS”), which not only optimize performance but also help reduce the ecological footprint. We manufacture wireless grippers, thus reducing the occupancy of electrical cables and consequently reducing operational risks. We use recyclable materials, where possible, as it become a key priority in the company's daily operations. TFA is therefore committed to redefining the concept of industrial automation in a concrete way by pursuing the path of innovation and sustainability.
